We are seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! The selected individual will install, maintenance, and repair water and drainage systems.

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in most plumbing applications 
• The ability to independently work and be able to work well with a team.
• Would have good judgment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to professionalism and high standards
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attitude
• Technical knowledge: Understand plumbing systems, installation, maintenance, and repair methods. Experience with specific tools, such as pipe cutters, soldering torches, and sewer augers.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and repair: Install and repair residential and commercial; water, sewer, gas, and other piping systems, such as plumbing fixtures,  toilets, sinks, water softeners, water filtration and water heaters. 
• Problem-solving: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, which may involve dismantling structures or cutting through barriers to access pipes.
• Customer interaction: Advise clients on appropriate care and maintenance for their water and sewer systems. Clearly communicate with clients to explain plumbing issues, costs, and solutions. 
• Ensure code compliance: Stay current on all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Document and report: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged.
• Flexible on call rotation schedule

Requirements:

• Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and sometimes up to 100 pounds. Requires constant walking, standing, climbing, stooping, and bending.
• Working conditions: Exposure to various elements, including dirt and dust. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, and may involve working in precarious places, confined spaces, or in inclement weather. 
• Dependability - Reliable attendance and time management skills are essential for completing jobs on schedule.
